Every new account also starts with a 60-day trial of all features — no credit card required.
Capacity, not features. Every paid plan includes the same complete feature set — projects, tasks and time tracking, quoting, invoicing, expenses, full accounting with bank feeds, reconciliation and BAS/VAT reporting, Beeswax AI processing, MCP / AI-assistant access, and API access. The tiers differ only in how many users are included and how much storage you get. Optional extra-user and extra-storage add-ons can be added to any paid plan, and cost the same whichever plan you're on.
At the end of your 60-day trial, your account moves to the Free plan. You can keep using Beeswax with limited features, or upgrade to a paid plan to unlock everything. Your data is safe either way.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. You can also add extra users or storage as add-ons whenever you need them.
Yes. Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10 — 2 months free on every paid plan. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your account will drop to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period.
