Bank account cards bring together the account balance and feed status. From there, open the relevant account and move into its reconciliation work. Connection availability depends on your bank and region. Available connections depend on the bank, account type, region and provider setup. Check your institution in the connection flow; feed history and refresh timing depend on the provider and consent.

Imported transactions arrive in the Allocations review queue. Review the match or categorisation against your existing records, then carry that information into reconciliation.

BEYOND A SUGGESTION
A familiar cost. Already dealt with.
When a bank line has no matching document, Beeswax can create and finalise an expense and record its payment. This is reserved for confident suggestions backed by consistent confirmed merchant history. It is more than suggesting a category: the eligible transaction becomes a record in your books.

HISTORY WITH GUARDRAILS
Routine gets easier. Exceptions stay visible.
Automatic creation requires at least 90% AI confidence and two consistent previous allocations for the merchant, matching supplier, category and tax. Refunds, possible duplicate payments and amounts outside the allowed historical range stay out of this automatic path. Other items remain available for review.
