Capacity, not features. Every paid plan includes the same complete feature set — projects, tasks and time tracking, quoting, invoicing, expenses, full accounting with bank feeds, reconciliation and BAS/VAT reporting, Beeswax AI processing, MCP / AI-assistant access, and API access. The tiers differ only in how many users are included and how much storage you get. Optional extra-user and extra-storage add-ons can be added to any paid plan, and cost the same whichever plan you're on.

No. Beeswax's built-in AI runs on Google's paid Gemini API, and under Google's terms for that service your documents and the AI's answers are never used to train or improve its models. Google processes them on our behalf, keeps a copy for 55 days only to detect abuse, then deletes it. How we handle AI data.

At the end of your 60-day trial, your account moves to the Free plan. You can keep using Beeswax with limited features, or upgrade to a paid plan to unlock everything. Your records remain, but Free-plan feature limits apply and additional team members are deactivated.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. You can also add extra users or storage as add-ons whenever you need them.

Yes. Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10 — 2 months free on every paid plan. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and check the cancellation confirmation for when billing and access change. Free-plan limits apply after the downgrade.
