YOUR EYES ON THE EXCEPTIONS
An exact supplier and invoice-number match can attach the document to an existing expense. Possible duplicates, low-confidence extraction and totals that do not add up are flagged for review. Allocate the draft to a project or confirm it as an operating expense. The processing log shows what happened and lets you retry failures.

Beeswax’s AI runs on Google’s paid, business-grade Gemini API. Under Google’s terms for that service, your documents and the AI’s answers are never used to train or improve its models. Google processes them on our behalf, keeps a copy for 55 days only to detect abuse, then deletes it. Your original document and the finished expense stay in Beeswax.
