A CONNECTED WORKFLOW
Connect Xero in setup mode to import reference data and test the connection. Outbound invoices and expenses stay in Beeswax until the owner chooses Go live. Once live, eligible finalised records are sent periodically, with account mapping and the Sync Paid setting controlling what is included.

PAYMENTS COME BACK
Payments recorded in Xero can update the corresponding records in Beeswax. The people managing the work can see the payment picture without asking the accounting team to re-enter it.

PAYMENTS, CONNECTED
Connect Stripe to let clients pay invoices online by card. Payments are recorded against the invoice automatically. Processing fees are deducted from your Stripe payout and can be reconciled from the bank feed.

FILES, WHERE YOU KEEP THEM
Connect Google Drive or OneDrive for project file storage. Keep working files with your chosen provider and bring them into the project workflow, while financial documents stay in Beeswax. For a local NAS, explore the separate WebDAV connection and its live project folders.
